Please post pics when you get it done. I would love to have those, but wonder about the "expertise" of installers around here.

Forgot to ask, Songman, what wheels are you putting the discs on?

We got the LS with the steel wheels and plastic covers. We knew we were going to change the wheels anyway so didn't see any reason to buy the fancy factory wheels. These will be screwed on to the factory steel wheels just like Darin did on his woody.

I like those "Moons" songman......brings back some memories of my wild teen days.....if you didn't have full or baby moons you didn't have style. In fact, if I didn't have the Polished Aluminum 17's, I would probably look at those seriously also.

Anyway, I believe your car will look awesome.

Thanks Snoopy, I'm going for the exact look that I have in the sig. Already got the side and grille emblems. The black bowties are on the way, as are the Moon Eyes now. Still need lowering springs, running boards, driving lights, and more tint on the windows. Of course, once I get it all done, Rie probably won't let me drive it anymore!

We still wish we could shave the door handles but I am going to take the advice of SoCalHHR and not attempt that for the moment.

Let me offer one other item....

I believe CJ is the one that pointed this out. He posted a picture of an upper and lower grill that he would like. Frankly, I would also. Been searching for that specific grill since he posted it. I'm even ready to talk with a shop about doing it custom.

Making this a fast post, or I would link the picture.

My mind is blank. I can't think of who CJ is. But here is the grille that I created, in Photoshop anyway. If I change the grille it would have to be this one. I want to stay true to the original.

Damn...I'm sorry..I thought CJ posted that.

But, that is the one I was talking about. I want it, I want it, I want it.

Upper and lower of course. Would you do it in stainless, chrome??? Want to try a "package" custom job?????
