Very nice job. I like how you actually finished the inside edges around the cuts. That is a step most seem to miss with the 3-bars (I know you call yours a 1-bar)

Looks good...but I'd get that lower grille area protected before something flies thru there and damages your radiator/compressor.

Welcome to the site and thanks for the coment I was going to mod the SS grill but it`s to tall and you have to cut out a section on each side to shorten the heighth.

Then you have to renforce the grill back together and I felt that might be the big problem to get it back together and not have it crack from stress.This mod keeps the outer frame intacked it gets a little flimsy till you get the support bar and mesh in there.That is why I added the wooden blocks to screw the mesh too.

That looks wonderful the Grill looked great all red then you put the badge on and it was outstanding!

I do have a question where did you get the matching paint I would like to do something like that but in the black but need to match the factory paint? Any suggestions?

Don't dealers carry matching spray paint . Matter a fact I think theres a thread around here somewhere about that. I'll see if I can find it.
