Besided my I hate IL Rant... I talked to the Dealer who sold me the Car. He said i'd have to bring it in and have Service take a look at it and see what they could do for it..

If they broke the clearcoat there is nothing they can do short of sand and refinish(to fix it properly). If they did not they could wet sand and buff it out.

I'm not sure they broke the Clear or not. Seems the newer the car is the thicker the clear coat is. I just don't want to take it off and not be able to remove the scratches. If i try to remove the scratches before taking the stripe of im pretty sure it will destroy the Pinstripe.

My "Wife" and Dad say the dealer will do nothing and that im "picking" Which i tend to do. I'll try and get some Picture's wether it show's up on Camera im not sure.
