1) Yes from Gm parts direct.
2) Home Delivery by Fedex.
3) I don't know about prime it was battle ship gray, with white plastic wrap. It was in a GM box with a GM sticker and Part Number.

Jim- when you get it painted let me know how close of a match you get....our color looks like it could be a tough one to match

Goose,
I bought a pint of the paint (Dupont) last week. They used the code in the glove box, plus they used my vin# for the match. I had it put into spray cans.
(4 cans) Also had to buy the clear coat, as this is a base coat/clear coat paint.
So far I've painted the front license plate mount. I have not remounted it yet because I am going to paint the black bumper insert as well. I have held the license mount against the bumper and it look's acceptable to me for color.
When I do the bumper insert and the rear spoiler, I'm hoping they will blend in as well. The challenge in this process will be applying the clear coat with spray cans which I have had pretty good luck with in the past painting smaller items.
I will keep all informed on how my process goes.

Of the available spoilers for the HHR this one is the best so far and nice job on the install!

I think the other factory spoiler is too close to a PT spoiler and not very retro at all.

Let us know if it helps keep dust off the back window area.

That looks great Karen...if you don't mind me asking, what did they charge to paint it?

The Dealer, they no longer have a body and Paint shop, but they sublet the space and send the cars there. I paid $75 for it to be painted and another $75 for install.
