This maybe considered a cross post but here is a pic of a SS grille (cut to fit) on my PANEL LS. I posted in the HOW TO: section on how it was done.

Needs Paint glue and fill.

I often thought about doing that just couldnt find a good deal on a grill and didnt want to spend full price and end up screwing it up. You did a nice job.
