Really Frustrated!!!!

My black chrome door handle finally came in.. going to take it in to get it replaced....... which thats the 4th door handle now all will have been replaced...... but i am frustrated its been in 3 times for the headliner rattle over the passenger seat...... they supposedly replaced the last time the velcro in it..... but it will last for a while then it starts back up same place .....you can push up on it and it will stop....then on...... when they replaced the velcro that got the headliner dirty (finger prints not sure what it is) and even on the sun roof shade......

and now its over the 36,000 miles, (36,475 i do have an extended but with a deductable) the replacement of the door handle doesnt bother me, they had to order it so they should do that with no problem.. but this headliner thing..... they ought to fix it with the number of times its been in for.... and they ought to clean it....... but would a replacement headliner eliminate the rattle....... it is really annoying to listen to.....

Chevmgr what are you thoughts.....

That would drive me nuts, listening to the headliner rattle around. I actually test drove another HHR that did the same thing. Needless to say i didn't buy that one.

Came to find out it wasn't the headliner, it was the bolts that were holding down the Luggage rack, It was lose which was causing the plastic base of the luggage rack to rattle back and forth.

You have every right to be Pissed.

Well, You could send the bill to GM, I highly doubt they would pay it!!! LOL! Anyway, what if you drove your car into the showroom of your dealer?? I wonder what they would do?! Just Kidding. I am in no way giving you that idea to be taken seriously. I would call GM and complain and say this is ridiclious. Maybe they will do a Good Faith repair under Warranty, without money being involved. It's worth a shot.

ChevyMGR, probably had the number for GM Customer Service.
