Rear Bumper Scuff Pad

Has anyone purchased and installed one? I'd like to put one on "The Great Pumpkin".

Mine's been on for 9-months with no signs of sun fade.

Hope it helps,

Which one of these things is the most "chromey"?
Silver carbon fiber look, diamond plate, or stainless steel?

You probably want the stainless one. Carbon fiber looks nothing like chrome, it doesn't even look remotely close to metal. Diamond plate is shiney but probably not what you're looking for.

I'll agree with the Captain on this one. I have the carbon fiber one in the post with the pic above and while shiny, it is not chromey enough to be called chrome.

It is nice though and people do like it. I figure to keep it until it gets scratched and replace it with something more chrome like in the future.

The thing is, it is made well and i have not put a scratch in it yet.

The stainless one would no doubt be the more chrome looking of the bunch.

I got the carbon fiber not knowing exactly what it would look like and trying to get an idea of just what would look good on the car. It does look good, but I'm going with a chrome theme on the rest of the car, so I can see replacing it someday. No rush though . It is quite cool!

Just a note: the pic above is Silver Carbon - not carbon fiber.

Also, our "Stainless" bumpre cover is a brushed stainless look and is shiny - but not chrome looking. The shiniest cover is actually the diamond plate look.

Hope it helps,
