My thoughts exactly! I can't wait to see the finished product.

Hi all,
The HHR progress is super slow, too many irons in the fire as they say. I have procured the hinges I'd like to use for the barn doors though. They are proving difficult to work into the small space in the corners of the quarter panels. I'll get it though! Been fitting the new chrome steel bumper, trying to decide if the doors need to extend further down to meet the lower than stock mounted bumper. Major surgery this is! All of the cool things everyone does to their HHR on this site does provide great motivation when I'm lacking! Will post pics when I get further along.

Looks like someone else is gonna have barn doors on their small car/utility. I think the dual wipers & handles look dorky, also mine will have sheetmetal around glass completely, instead of the frameless look. At least someone is willing to do it on a production vehicle, even though it's not as practical as a hatch. jeffs396 http://www.caranddriver.com/gallery....lide=off&cnt=3

Strange... I don't like the dual wipers... but the frameless look is cool...
