So close though! Another 1/16" off might do it! I think i'm just to used to my old 68' Camaro and 68' Impala's nice long and flat at the ends door panels! I'm pretty close to being happy with it though ... We really want it to look when the door is opened that it was factory and not an after thought .....
(2) 3/32" Textured ABS Plastic Sheets, $25.00 for both
(2) Original Door Panels, used, $80.00 for both on ebay
Misc brackets, screws and nuts, $100.00, ouch dealer new
Labor, about 5 hours total, (good to have a best man that own's his own upholstery shop) priceless, haha .....

Still not overly pleased where the factory panels sweep upwards! HMMMMM .....
Nice job K&B. I see what you mean regarding the corners of the door panel. If the upper panel is abs - one thought would be to cover the panel with upholstery, those dudes can make it finish on top of the D/Panel and hide the ' upsweeps ' Cutting the D/panel would be an option but tricky to fill in.
