You don't have huge holes all over the place in the roads from them explanding and contacting in the heat and cold like we do in NY.

Don't you worry about them falling out going over potholes and speed bumps?
I think if I don't use the tabs they will get jarred out at some point.

I install the blue dot's on just about all my hot rods, I love the way the brake lights look kinda pink when braking. Although blue lights are illegal in most states because of police, they usually don't mess with you for the blue dots because they don't actually project any blue light.
I'll give it a try using just aquarium silicon.
If by some chance they fall out I can always get a replacement.
Even though I love the look of blue dots I am an unlucky bastard and I know that I would get ticketed at some point.
