Now I can see. They are cool but after actually seeing them on an HHR I no longer want them. It's not that they don't look good but they just don't think they'll fit in with my HHR. They look great on your HHR though.

I can totally see that. That's part of the beauty of the HHR - it can be completely customized in so many different ways. I'm a chrome whore, so it works for me

Man those are BEAUTIFUL!
But, I wonder, are they slippery when wet? Really, my six year old daughter uses tham and so will her friends. The rubber ones look nice fro now and work real well, but that chrome is excellent. I to am an unashamed Chrome-a-holic!
Great mod, keep'em coming!

We have been working with Steve for several months on this. (Steve is now a member of our forum as well.) SoCalHHR's is a dealer for Billet Badges and will be selling these running board covers - in addition to 2 other styles that are more affordable for the average owner.

In all, we will have 3 styles:

1) High-Line (expensive) - what you see in the pics $375/pair

2) Lower Cost ball-milled version w/ Bowtie HHR (*price tba)

3) Real Diamond Plate running board plates - and matching rear bumper covers in DP. (*price tba)

Steve's work is magnificent. He is currently working on the program for the lower cost plates. We are trying to get the machine time down (that's how we get the prices down!). Steve and I are also working on taillight rings, and we hope to have a working model soon.

Right now anyone who wants the high-line's can place an order, there is a 3 week lead time on them.

Hang in there...

The pictures don't come close to doing them justice - they are gorgeous.
It may be due to it being near sunset, those look a little dull in the pix with them installed. Do these match the bright chrome pkg?

Yes, they are highly polished. It was actually after sunset when these pictures were made :)
