The tint, for it's price and removeability, is a pretty reasonable option. If you looked at the pics of my ride, one shot show's BOTH tailliaghts at the same time. The LEFT (drivers) side taillight is a far better representation of the actual tint darkness as opposed to the right. The sun was setting and shining directly on the back of my ride when I took those shots. It provided plenty of light... but has given many the wrong impression of the true color. It really is DARK, yet still light enough to transmit light through it.
