Someone was selling a fender roller here a while ago. Think maybe it was HVROD... not 100% sure though. First off with what I am about to say.. I have seen this done in person with my own vehicle and others as well. I dont reccomend ANYONE doing this without knowledge of what they are doing! On my 95 Prelude I had it dropped and put the wrong offset wheel on it. When we set the car down the tires got cut with the stock aluminium fenders. The tuner shop here in town lifted the car up, put the handle of a metal baseball bat into the fender between the tire and fender area. (i was told they would replace my fenders if anything bad happened and was reassured they had done this sort of thing before)... lowered the car down slowly until the bat touched the fender, put the car in gear and used the running car and the bat to bend the fender (poor man's fender rolling). its always hot here in Tucson and the paint didn't crack, the fender didn't look horrible and after all was said and done about 30 min later for both fenders. NO RUB!!!! The same shop is supplying my wheels this time around too and they want to be the first in Tucson to have a lowered HHR on 20's. Not sure why cause no one around here likes to "pimp" these things. just be careful and have a reputable shop do this IF it needs done.

like said above fender rolling is just that, placing an item on the fender lip and rolling the lip under to create a larger area. it also gets rid of the sharp edges of the lip. you dont have to drop the car on a bat tho, if u have enough lead in ya just place the thick end of a wood bat (personal preference it doenst scratch as easily) in the fender, push/pull depending on angle and roll the bat around the inside to flatten the lip. piece of cake.

**disclaimer** information and description listed above for instructional purposes only, if anyone does this and scratches their car and or does not like the result it aint my fault lol **

i have 20's and love em, no rubbing issues (will need to trim rear fender lip if you lower it) slight acceleration loss but no big deal, havent noticed and gass mileage loss.
id do it again
