I will try calling them in the morning. I plan to get some pictures today so I can show them if needed.

I called and talked to a tech. He was very nice and helpful. He went and pulled the blank off the shelf and said it is nearly flat, but does seem to have a very slight bend to it. Ours is flat, so I think it didn't get pressed for whatever reason. He is going to get a new one made for us and ship it. Can't ask for more than that!!

ETA: I laid ours on a couple of flat surfaces and it is absolutely flat. So pretty sure it didn't get pressed at all.
