I would try using, liquid metal. It closly matches the plastic that most cars are made of today. Its sold under the name plasti metal and all metal too. All you have to do is make the form that you want using some tape.

You need to stop at body shop supply store. Ask them for vette filler. This stuff is a little pricey but it will work for what you need it for.

Cool, thanks for the input. Scaleguy, I hope to be almost done by the end of the weedend. Maybe on the next one we can hook up and do a couple for some of the guys on here.
