Not sure

Thank you. It looks like red/white, gray wires are positive feeds. The Pink wire says on signal Not sure what that means but when supplying voltage to those red/white and gray wires the radio does not light up or turn on.

Radio has to be grounded from the negative side of your power source.

You are applying voltage to wires and you are not sure where they go or what they are connected to.
Good luck with that plan, Yikes.

I don't recall that this sort of thing has ever been discussed here before. It may not work without the computer. You might have to signal it to power on, the pink wire might be the one to use, but I don't know that it's 12v.

You are using 12VDC, right? Not 125VAC.

The pink wire is the "on signal" for the antenna amp and an external amp.
Since I am lazy, I will repeat my suggestion that you scroll through the posts in the audio-video section. The entire wiring diagrams and explanations have been posted many times.

I know which are power wires for 12 vdc are and I know where they go as there is a myriad of wiring diagrams for the vehicle, but some are for 5-10v signals and that's what i am trying to find out about as they are feeds from outside switches like vol up and down and channel seek from steering wheel and those are 10v.. It is actually a 2006 stock HHR radio. I message gm but nothing so far.
