Can I replace my stock US8 radio with a Stock UUI radio?
Does it use the same harness,
are ther any modifications that I need to be aware of?

I want to add the USB, I just want to make sure I have my bases covered before I purchase a new UUI radio?

Its a simple swap, you just need to head to your dealer so they can program the new unit to recognize the vehicle(and the vehicle to recognize the new radio), otherwise it won't function. Some dealers do it for free, some of them charge up to $100 for the programming which is a ripoff really.
