How do you add Bluetooth OEM to 2009 HHR.
I have the Ontstar, Mirror with controls, the leather wheel with radio controls and upgraded radio with AUX and USB.
I have searched the forums and people say it can be done and you need this and that(have it) but then don't say what to do to get it activated.
Does a module need to be installed?
Does it need to be reprogrammed by the dealer?
I pressed the steering wheel mute button for two seconds and say bluetooth but it keeps saying pardon... pardon.. I didn't hear that..then it lists all the things i can say which included bluetooth!
I have the same system in my 2009 Saturn Vue so I know how to pair and all that.

I believe some early 09 models don't have it. Sounds like a mid year change.

I remember someone else with an 09 was having the same problem as you.

 

Yes, I found many wanted bluetooth, but they were missing key components needed. I have components but need to know what to do next to get it funtional.(or am i still missing something)

 

Whats it say in the owners Manaul ?

 

It wasnt part of the build sheet(we have it). I want to know how to add it. I have all the neccessary components according to other posts.
