Anyone install a kicker hs8 hideaway?
Hey guys,
I'm replacing all my door speakers with Kicker DS65's and placing a Kicker HS8 Hideaway.....
I don't think I can place it under my back seats, I don't want to place it under my driver's seat because I want to sound to come from the middle, and I'm on the fence about placing it under the storage bin because I don't know how to mount it to prevent it from moving around.
has anyone installed a hideaway before? And, if so, where did you put it? someone able to tell me how to remove the backseat so maybe I could try to place it in the middle?
thanks ahead of time,
Nichole

Those kicker DS65's are terrible. Don't get them. Unless you don't have any money for good 6.5's..
You shouldn't worry about the sound the sub will make. It should not be making any sound at a decent volume. It should be making a decent "feel".
Just build a solid box in the stock place, get a SA8v2 or something awesome and call it a day.
