door speaker depth...

Hi all! New to the forums here and had a question. It's probably been covered, but i thgought it quickest if i asked. Does anyone know if a Boston Pro 6.0 or Z6 will fit in the front doors depth wise? How about rears? I have both, but dont know what I can get away with yet on the doors without cutting the panel. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Crutchfield has always had all the specs for all car applications, including maximum depth

Welcome! Yes, crutchfield is where I was going to suggest as well.
Also hope you upgrade to premium membership for $10 that lasts a year. You get lots of bonuses, including a window decal for your HHR to show your support! =D
Again, welcome, and happy browsing!

Thanks for the help guys. They dont list the actual depth, at least that I could find, but will tell you what fits and the pro's supposedly fit. The Z6's are only slightly deeper so I assume they will fit as well. I'll probably put the pro's in the HHR and the Z6's in my SRT8.

the window doesnt go behind the speaker when all the way down, so you dont have to worry about the window hitting the speaker.
