HELP!!.....No Sound!!!

I did an install going by the sticky thread.....got everything hooked up and now there is nothing coming from any speakers. Not even the warning chimes or anything!...checked fuses but cant figure out what is wrong.....has anyone else ran across this problem? The thing is, we did this on 2 seperate HHR's last night...1 works perfect and the other there is just nothing coming from the speakers at all......TIA

You checked all fuses, on the car and in-line too. Double check you connections, make sure if you have pre out levels to have them turned up some to start. If all else fails, as much as it would suck, go back to factory setup and see what happens. If you do that and all works, then the problem is with you aftermarket stuff. If nothing still works then if none of the fuses ore burnt then something else is bad. Good luck to ya

This happend to me last year in a S2000 install we were doing at work, took us a whole day to figure out that we tried to ground an amp to a piece of metal that was surrounded in plastic, not really a ground at all, , sounds like a ground issue, good luck!!!!! Let us know what it was when you figure it out!

Did you hard wire or use a harness kit as I had a bad module on a kit that I ordered.

I figured it out right after i snipped all my splices off of the speaker wires.....but i was relieved to have resolved the issue so I didnt mind taking 5 minutes to re-do the splices....
