Angry HHR Remote Start

Hey guys, sorry if this has been posted, I've had my '07 LT HHR for a lil over2 years, love it, but the remote start won't work, just parking lights flash, its drivin me nuts.

The lock button wouldn't work on 1 remote, the other wouldn't work at all, so I had to pay 233 today for new remotes cause warrenty is up, and I told them about remote start, i had to get home so I tried it at home, and it won't work with the new remotes either, I'm gonna take it back, but it would be cool it fix it myself, any suggestions?

Btw remote start is "on"

mine does this, but i was told because it was a rental this was a delete option and therefore it didn't work......I'm thinking though that since mine flashes with the remote....It may just need some relay or something plugged in....in anyway if you figure something out please post as i woul d love to have remote start as well.....
