No problem; I know several members want to know if this interface works, as Scosche's is being designed right now and it appears it is still quite a ways off.

When/if you have the time, post results.

I hate to be a nag....especially since I just joined last night.

But an update about this would be just GREAT....this harness is the only thing keeping me from making my Precious my dream car.

Has anyone else heard from Scoshe or PAC on thier harness developement?

Talking to the Chevy Dealer, this isn't isolated to the HHR, there are 3 other 2006 Chevy's with this problem, and ALL of the 2007's will have this same data bus.

Ummm...lemme check............................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. ...............nope, still no harness.

"Direct wiring" is starting to sound pretty good right about now, eh?

(I did mine the first month - chopped them plugs RIGHT off! I just don't see how people can listen to stock stereo's for very long...)

How about now? I am also dying to put my own Pioneer and sub in (already replaced the speakers with my Rockford Fosgate).

I already bought my faceplate and antenna adapter from Mike. I am already in the process of running my RCA wires and the wire to switch on the amp.

NOW I just need the interface and hopefully the harness adapter so I wont have to cut any wires. But I will be crossing the switched power line for the always on so I wont need my key in the ignition to listen to my tunes.
