Installed new stereo without factory harness. Only front left speaker works

Not yet was planning on testing them tomorrow.

Have you removed the door panel to inspect the speakers?

the paper cones tend to deteriorate.

Thanks found the issue!

Just wanted to thank everyone for the help. The issue seemed to be the speakers themselves. I probably shorted them while installing the new stereo, but I replaced them and they now all work.

How do you short a speaker ?

Not hard to do when you're cutting and splicing wires like the OP was without the benefit of an adapter harness. Mix up just one wrong color combo of wires and.........

My old Dodge had the amps on the front door speakers. No adapter harness was available when I replaced the speakers. Somehow I mixed up a speaker + wire for the 12 volt amp feed. Turned on the radio, in about 10 seconds smoke was pouring from the A pillar tweeter.
Seems that a hot 12 volts is instant shorted death to a tweeter.
