need help audio wise

ok I have the pioneer system in my 06 2lt. was wondering how could i change out the sub and fatcory radio. if so with keeping the xm radio as i do use it alot. would want a small sub i do have a 12 alpine type r but wanna keep the cargo space. so was thinking of just adding a 8 and a amp. read threads with many ways to do this and got confused lol. so any help is apprciated.

many ways to solve the issue, if you want to keep the factory radio with your xm you can add rca line outputs to the factory setup and then run an amplifier wiring kit to the back for upgrading the sub and amp in the factory location.

have you made up your mind what you want to put in the back? the 8 or the 12? be specific on what you want and then answers can be directed to that

If need be you can fix a trim ring to the plastic panel and create your space for mounting depth of the 8" and still retain the factory location
