(((HHR Audio)))

So, there is plenty of room in an HHR for audio.
One of my next things i want to do in mine is get a kickin audio system, but i dont really want to spend big money to do it. The only thing i got now is 4 350watt speakers.(Pioneer). Soon I will put a 600watt kicker amp on them.

I would like to get a sub sometime but dont want to have a big box in the back.

Iguess i want to know if anyone has put one in the space were the spair tire goes and how that has worked out. Plus is there any prep work that has to be done with that?

Also in the back to the left, there is this like 10 in. traced out whole. And was wondering if mybe a sub could go in there. Do the SS model come with a sub at all.

Just would like so feedback on good suggeston on placment of a sub woofer in the hhr.

Dont want to loose the versitility of the truck ya know.

That spot on the left is for the upgraded sound system. My SS has a pioneer mini sub in there. Not enough thump for me. I might upgrade it soon.
