Need help with GMOS-LAN-04

sup everyone,

I need help I am trying to install a aftermarket radio in my ss and i hook up everything as it says in the booklet but i not getting any sound from the headunit. Here what happens as the chrim kick on i get sound from the head unit but as soon the chime goes off the sound of headunit is cutoff!! Any help would be great.

What kind of aftermarket head unit is it, what kind of adapter harness did you use to connect it to the LAN harness, and where did you purchase the unit and hardware.

The reason I'm asking is that places such as Crutchfield have super helpful tech people who can assist you in real time, but with a bit more info from you I'm sure someone here can give you a concrete answer to fix your problem.

i fix it for people run into this problem take the output blue/white wire to red acc wire also the output side.
