Ng's Infinity/Alpine Audio Hook up!!!

It's finally done! Not quite, there are still some stuff I need to clean up, but for now, it's done. I did all the work myself...Blood, sweat and almost a tear was present in my garage during this install. By far the biggest project I've taken up to date.

This project has been in works for a couple of months. Research, homework, and buying the hardware as I could afford it. Then the woodwork, vinyl, install all had to be done while juggling a full-time job and family.

I originally wanted to go JL Audio. The price would've exceeded my budget...I've always liked Infinity and I'm an Alpine homer. A lot of questions had to be asked, cargo room went out the window with a small compromise...

Enough with the small talk and here are some pix

Still posting, forum only lets me put up 5 pix at a time...

Alpine & S-50...finally got rid of that hideous wire hanging in front of the OEM stereo...

Remote bass knob hiding under E-brake...

I've got a lot of more pix but unless a mod tells me otherwise I think they'll just bog the thread down. When I have time I'll update my Car Domain page and put them there.

Let me take a brake before I post some more...

Comments and questions please

Yup...The Infinity mono amp has a remote bass option. I like to be able to adjust the bass to each specific music type. The nob sits right under the e-brake. My hand rest naturally there and adjustments are super easy!

My biggest personal debate was cargo room. I normally don't carry too much but I liked the option of having the space available. Well the compromise is that I turned what used to be the OEM sub area into my cargo area. And anything else that doesn't fit goes in the back seat...
