onstar adapter /? which one??
I am fixing to purchase a new head unit and I was told I need a adapter in order for my onstar and door chimes to still work. I hav been looking on ebay for one but I'm not sure of which one to buy. Can anyone give me a model number of the adapter I need. I have a 2008 hhr ls . I'm pretty sure I dont have a bose system... At least I dont think I do.. It doesnt state anywhere on the radio that it is a bose. any help would be greatly appreciatated.

I just can't believe over $100 just for a wire harness! Damn On-Star. I may just wait til my expires, so is there a different one to use without On-Star?
