Premium system playing nice with aftermarket headunit?

I'm thinking about installing a Clarion dvd/touchscreen + hard drive nav unit that I held onto after trading in my tC...I have the SS "premium" sound system and would like to keep use of the the included sub/amp with the new head unit. Anyone have any experience with an install like this? Is there anything special I should know about to make sure all the speakers/sub/amp that's already in the car plays nice with the new equipment?

Here is one I typed touch screen in the search there are many others. I'd say yes and can you get it with a blue screen?

Um, it works. Just use a GMOS-LAN-04 and you too will enjoy the power of the Double Din.
