radio antenna coax

Im hoping someone can help me. i have a 2011 chevy hhr LT, as long as ive had this car the radfio worked when it wanted. usually i could wiggle the wires on passenger side kick panel and it would work for a couple days or weeks. this coax had a pc of masking tape on it and when i peeled it off this what i found so clearly the previous owner has tampered with it. can anyone tell me how i can fix this?

Not sure which is the correct part #. This link gives 2 numbers (one is at the bottom of the page)

The part number in the pic may be for the multicolor part of the harness. The coax should be one of the numbers FMG is referencing.

The coax should only affect the actual radio reception. If more than that is cutting out, you have other issues.
