RF Shallow Subs

I've started to think up what I want to do for an after-market stereo. I was wondering if anyone has heard any reviews about the Rockford Fosgate shallow subs?

Also, my electrical math is failing me, why is there an option of either 2-ohm or 4-ohm?

So you can match them to what your amp can handle.

So, if you run the speakers in parallel you would need an amp that is RMS power @ 2 channels? And, serial would be RMS power @ 1 channel?

Here's a good calculator for figuring it out. The site has lots of good info.
