Hello,
Will the LT (US8) radio with built in EQ work in a LS Panel that has the lower grade radio?

I know Ill have to get it reprogrammed.

As long as its reprogrammed to your vehicles VIN to unlock it, I don't see why not. The equalization function is just a more accurate way of controlling the tone, so nothing really special needed in the rest of the system.
