It's a JCD KV-MRD900 that I got on Ebay brand new from

It not only "flips down", but has an articulated arm that bring it even lower and closer to the back seat and it swivels as well...what they call 3-D movement.

Nope, sunroof AND shade works perfectly just as they always did.

I intended to do it myself, but decided that all the sunroom stuff made discretion the better part of valor.
I paid a pro friend of mine $100 for the install (normally would be $150 I think). Did not stay to watch (took about 4.5 hrs) but I know they took out the headliner and used their own mount...the one that came with the unit was still in the box when I got it back.
Beautiful job...looks totally factory.

Update to Video System Questions...

Thanks for all the inputs. I decided to go with this product http://cgi.ebay.com/7-HEADREST-PILLO...QQcmdZViewItemand purchased it Monday. Should be here by next week. I will keep everyone posted once I install them...
