I am intrested in adding XM to my HHR, but really dont want to add the aftermarket stuff. Is there anyway I can add XM to the exiting radio signal????

If you bought your ride (new) with XM, you would know it, you would`ve gotten (3) months free trial and you would have an antenna on the roof near the rear window washer sprayer. So if you didn`t get that, then your ride doesn`t have the XM converter or whatever they call it, you`ll need that or some sort of aftermarket receiver you would probably plug into the i-pod/aux. socket on the face.
This is all assuming you bought your ride new.
Heck, someone on this site may have one for sale...I think I saw where someone took theirs out, wanted Sirrius... B/B

Talk to your dealer. GM makes a XM add-on for radios that are XM-ready. And it will work just like factory installed.
