Hmm. And I thought the A-arms were all cast aluminum.

I have a pair of OEM in the shed, forged should have a flash line from the upper and lower dies from the hammer or press during manufacturing.

Yeah. After doing a little reading it looks like it could be either forged or cast. Depending on what you spend.
Since forging is a more expensive process, I guess some of those El Cheapo arms may indeed be made from cast.
Tires, brakes and suspension parts are things where I won't go cheap.

So i installed the new lca’s, the driver side bushing was shot but the passenger side was good but i replaced it anyway. It threw off the alignment so i got the car aligned again, its better now but i can still feel it a bit. What i am feeling now was amplified by the control arm bushing being loose. I guess it has to be the tires since I only notice this behavior when I installed those tires.

Move those front tires to the back and the backs to the front, see if that improves anything.

I lowered the tire pressure to 30psi all around and that seems to have helped alot. I will raise it back to 35psi once the tires wear down. I think the tall tread blocks is what causes the wandering with that type of rubber compound. Maybe more expensive tires aren't subjected to this.

Bump it up to 32 psi, 30 is to low, even for brand new tires

Hard to see in this photo of used LCA’s they appear to be cast , but could be forged

one has been cleaned up and the shine looks more like forged aluminum

Thanks to 092LT for these photos

I researched and found the arms are forged 6082 aluminium

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/6082_aluminium_alloy

the listings in the RockAuto site claim forged aluminum

Ok so I still have the issue and I bought a new set of tires velozzas zxv4 thinking it might solve it but it didn't. I am not sure what it could be since the front end is pretty much all new except inner tie rods. Could it be something in the rear? I installed new shocks but do axle bushings need to be changed sometimes? The car has 131 268miles, could it be broken coil spring? But I would assume I would have noise if it's a rear coil? I am at a complete lost but since I never noticed this before swapping to new summer tires this year, I will install the 16inch winter tires on the weekend to see how the car handles.

The other thing the car always had that rattle in the steering column but I never diagnosed what part needs to be changed if its the eps or the column or the intermediate shaft or the rack itself maybe that could be it but then again with the winter tires it was fine and the steering was rattling over bumps as well.

The only other thing is that the winters are 205/55/16 and the summers I have now are 215/50/17, this is the first time since the car's oem tires that we run a 215/50/17 in the summer since I was sure the correct size was always 205/50/17 so the last 3 sets of summers were 205's but this year I checked the door sticker and seen 215's were right so I ordered those . I guess 10mm extra width could cause the condition I am experiencing.

Here is a pic of the new tires:
