If you had an align with the bad bushings and the broken rear coil springs, then your alignment will be out after you replace the parts.

I just hope the LCA fixes it since if it doesn't then I need to spend more money to buy some new tires again and try to sell these ones.
wider tires have more drag

If the front caster angle is off the car will wander, tires won't cause this. An off-center steering wheel and be correct by adjusting the tie rod ends one direction or the other, equally, depending on which direction the steering wheel is turned.
Caster can be adjusted by installing aftermarket eccentric bolts where the strut bolts to the knuckle. One bolt per side, and the hole must be elongated to fit the bolt.

If the struts and tie rod ends are tight and the ball joints and LCA bushings are good, then you only need to adjust the outer tie rods . No need for camber bolts

Caster can only be adjusted by pulling the body. desertrat must have fat fingers.
Camber can be done with eccentric bolts or by drilling the holes on the struts. I needed to use the camber kits when the LCAs were too long, they can adjust about 1 degree.
