yeah 09 cobalt ss springs were FE5.

I picked up mine used for the thrifty price of $15, but I read on here there was a part number change for newer cobalts. Does that mean springs from an 06-07 cobalt ss/sc might not fit an '08 HHR?

good news for me. one of the guys in my car club just bought a black cobalt ss with the black idonized rims. His wife dont like the rims so when he gets new ones soon i will get those for the lo lo, and he is gonna change suspension so i get the springs for cheap to!

I have 07' balt SS springs on my HHR.

Interesting , always heard the Cobalt rear springs have a lesser spring rate then The HHR's..anybody have any actual numbers for rates between the two? Might have to use the GL's on the SS and get some Colbys for the woody..hmmmmm

From this mornings drive into work. My hhr use to have heavily under steer in snow, and now it has slight over steer. Which I like MUCH better.
