Coilovers
Coilovers vs springs: depends of what you're looking for, as to rides height and handling, for the street or some track use[read autocross].
I've done both springs and coilovers with lots of testing, on both street and autocross. My thinking on this;
For street use, springs work real good for a lower ride height and ride. Coilovers due to their adjustability, on ride height and damping, is abetter choice.
For ocassional track use, coilovers are the only way to go, hands down.
I'm now running Pedder's XA coilovers, with a 255/40/18 Hankook v-3 evo tire[read sticky], and I soften up damping for street use, and firm up damping for track use, and I'm good to go for both. Also have coilover ride height set a dead level, front and rear, which is hard to do with just springs.
With a Powell Racing "Handcore" rear bar, and Trifecta tune, she's a slot car with a attitude, that makes a statement.

hey thanks guys, but im going to make this as understanding as i can,since my panel is not a track car,im going to be putting it in alot of shows,heres what i have. im running koni adjustable front struts and adjustable rear shocks with canuck springs,ive noticed on rainmans car that his is sitting exactly the way ive been trying to get mine to sit.my tires are 235 40 18. can i achieve this by bc coilovers?
Seems the answer would be yes, but I think Rainman had them make Him a second set of rear springs. Have you asked Canuck to make you a spring to get where you want ? I know they have done it for others in the past.
I threaten to switch out the KW's, but it is nice to dial in a soft ride around town, and 2 minutes later( I'm old I move slow) be kicking it on a dicey stretch of Hwy 101..........

I don't have or can't locate the P/N, I purchased them from www.modernperformance.com hope that helps.
