A couple here a running sportlines; they haven't mentioned any issues that I know of.

Someone posted some specs about the Progress Tech's springs that were pretty close to the 1st gen GL drop.

Running Eibach Sportline made for the Cobalt. No issues and looks good. I have them on my panel. Probably no issue because I don't have seats/passengers in the back. I do wish that the rear spring rates were a little higher.

If anyone is experiencing a harsh ride, did you remember to trim the bump stops?

3rd gen Goldlines here. I think they ride good. A little stiffer than stock, but not harsh by any means. I wish I could get a set of 1st gens though. I'd like to be about an inch lower.

Correct they are using sportlines by Eibach, however we wanted to post what Eibach stated about the Sportlines when we talked to our rep, they just stated "The Pro kit has been tested and acceptable, the Sportlines do not offer enough spring rate in the rear for the HHR"

Customers can choose the sportlines still, as it is their choice :)

I remember seeing a comparison around here somewhere...

You probably won't be able to get a hold of anything besides 3rd gens, unless you know somebody that wants to get rid of them.

If anyone has a set of 1st gens they want to get rid of I would probably take them off your hands.

I assume the part number for the 1st gens is 1260, 2nd is 1261, and 3rd is 1262. I'm only sure about the 3rd gens though, since that's what my box had on it.
