how hard is it to put rear control bushings in.

 

you should use a press, or have a shop change them for you, I went old school, and used my air chisel to remove them and sockets in the bench vise to press the new ones back in, however if you get new LCA's you get the bushings installed already and the new front bushing and new ball joints, that makes if very easy !!
