Installed TTR Sway Bar
#51
We "could" but we are soon to release a full "race" setup. It will most likely be around $400, and it will be adjustable. We will start by only offering 1 style, but if demand asks, we maybe will bring the other one back also. Not 100% sure yet.

Sway bar
I initially ordered a Progress rear sway bar, but they were out-of-stock at the merchant and manufacturer, so I canceled and got a refund. I then purchased the TTR bar as instructed above from eBay and it arrived promptly. I had been hesitant to order the TTR bar because it is thicker than my front sway bar (and thicker than the Progress bar as well). I had heard that the rear bar should not be thicker than the front, but the only rationale mentioned for this was that it is a "rule of thumb."
For someone like me not racing the HHR, $400 for a fully adjustable sway bar can't be justified. It's too expensive and I would neither need nor know how to do the adjustments. I suggest keeping the option of the non-adjustable rear bar available. My car is set, but I'm worried that some day there might not be a source for a simple HHR rear sway bar other than from a "totaled" SS at a junkyard!

OK, soo the full race setup, I'm assuming this will be a matched set of F/R sways? Are there "prototype" pics we can be teased with??? Can I volunteer my SS to be the guinea pig pleasepleaseplease?!? As far as $400, I spent that on a set of Hotchkis Sways for my Neon and they were worth every penny. Subscribed...
