I am going to take mine in to the dealership to fix my rear issues, but that only buys an extra what 20k on them i hope. However from your comment in my thread the previous owner was a junkyard/yardsale shopper so she might have used it and put a ton of weight in the back to cause mine to fail, I just don't know.

meh, just quit driving your hhr's in rain/salt and everything will last longer.

I just replaced my front struts and rear shocks from KYB.Great ride and difference in handling.

Not sure how well they will work on the SS, but I did put them on my LT when I had it and they worked fine. Don't see the sense of keep replacing factories when they leak so much. That is if out of warrenty. Not sure what I will do when the SS shocks go bad.
