I got my full FE5 setup, springs, struts and shocks, for $20 from a cobalt owner who upgraded. Maybe try that.
But again, it didnt do anything for the front vs stock.

anyone with a hhr ss do a swap to the cobalt ss/tc springs? are they different at all? I'd like to drop my car just a little bit but not much.

I haven't, but from what I've read there would be very little drop (1/4") if any at all...... The rate may be different though......

There shouldn't be much difference between Cobalt and HHR SS FE5 springs/struts. Maybe the spring rates might be a tad different to account for the weight penalty for the HHR but if you have an SS you'd want something like Pedders or something similar to lower an SS.

Thinking Pedders or Eibach pro kit is the way to go up front. I am very happy with the height and rates of the SS rears as it. Hoping to drop the front at least 1/2" to get a good stance. I will also be throwing some decent struts in. (probably Koni yellows)
