Lower control arm rear bushing

So I’m trying to replace the worn lower control arms. The rear subframe bolt is loose from the cage nut but it’s siezed to the control arm bushing sleeve. Any ideas to getting is loose from the sleeve bushing I’ve tried vice grips to no success.

Torches and saws come to mind. Maybe an overnight soak with a good penetrating solvent like Kroil.

Yep.

Been there, done that.

Cut it at the top side with the sawzall (use as short a blade as possible to avoid hitting the end on other frame parts and destroying the blade by kinking it).

Grind off the bolt head at the bottom to avoid having to sawzall the bolt at the bottom also. Its harder to sawzall at the bottom because the bottom support has sides that are bent up slightly.

Why not go to a GM dealer parts department?
They are metric. So there is no "grade 8".
