No Brakes

Good afternoon, I have a massive question. I have a 2009 HHR four-door that I purchased for a first car for my daughter. It has 245,000 miles on it but the motor burns no oil runs great and is still strong was told it needed new sway bar link which when I crawled underneath it that's what I saw when I got into it it needed a whole lot more! to make a long story short I pretty much have replaced everything on the rear end New wheel cylinders, wheel bearings, shoes, shocks, drums rear rubber hoses. The front end has been completely rebuilt I have even put in a new master cylinder all new brake lines except the metal lines flushed the brake fluid to make sure it was clean and clear adjusted the rear brakes to wear the wheels only turn a half a turn and if you pull the e-brake lever it only goes up to clicks and activates and after all this the car has no brakes! if the engine is off it has decent brakes as soon as the key is turned on and started I have no brakes and when we bled the brakes we did them the proper way and we also used a tech 2 scan tool and we still have no brakes I am at a complete loss. I am somewhat leaning toward the last thing I can think of which is a complete new anti-lock brake system. Any help would be greatly appreciated Thank you.

Our ABS brakes are bled in a different order, you have to bleed the abs lines at that block under the hood. I have had success gravity bleeding the system also. The rear drums need just 3 clicks of the EBrake handle.
the booster might be the biggest problem also you don’t mention if you replaced the front calipers.

Sorry. Yes I did replace the calipers, front rubber hoses, master cylinder. I did not replace the booster I did not touch the ABS system other than to use a tech 2 scan tool to bleed brakes in which it tests the module and the pump and you can definitely tell when the pump is on and working I did not throw any codes afterwards

I vote for the booster or the hose to it. Maybe forgot to plug it back in or the check valve is backwards or broken.

No Brakes

Afternoon, sorry I didn't get the message till late last night. Yes I did bench bleed the new master cylinder checked the hose on the booster when the hose is off solid brakes when it's back on brake peddle goes to the floor. tested the check valve it worked. I'm still kind of leaning toward maybe the anti-lock brake module but I'm not sure I've got no leaks in the lines just about everything was replaced that we could think of. Use the tech 2 scan tool to perform the bleeding procedure New will cylinders and lines on the back new calipers and lines on the front plus pads and shoes.

The scan 2 tool bleeds the ABS block, now you bleed the cslipers and wheel cylinders

when you remove the vacuum hose to the booster you have brakes? And the pedal goes to the floor when you attach the vacuum hose?
replace the booster

That is correct whenever I take the hose off the booster to brake pedal is hard as a rock soon as I put the hose back on the pedal goes right to the floor no hesitation
