And cheap "collision" struts. They are good enough to make the car salable next week.

Thanks Don. What are collision struts. They have a 5 year warranty and the reviews seem good. The 11.8 inch is the overall length which would make them about 9.83 center to center.

Well. If you look up just the HHR sway bar links on their website, it's NOT the ones listed in that kit. Still say the ones in the kit are wrong.
Get a reputable brand. Not some unknown company.

Fwiw. Collision parts mean the cheapest made parts. Usually junk.

Make sure to order two of the end links. Now, some of the experts here may disagree with those shocks but I have them installed and they are the same as if not better than OEM

Sigh. I'm still up in the air about my future suspension set up. While looking at the front and rear, I noticed that the original struts and springs are up front, really leaning towards replacing with the oem struts leaving the springs.
.
Now the rear, I noticed that it definitely looked lowered, low and behold, it's got clamps on the coils to bring it down, maybe too low. and probably the original shocks which I'm sure have taken a beating set up that way.

So. What I would really like is current ride height up front, level in back. Almost where it is now. If I went with 4 new springs, would I still be able to keep same size end links up front?

If I just did rear springs and shocks, which springs would level me out from front stock ride height. And if I were using lowering springs in rear, would oem shocks be appropriate. FE3

I want to get this nailed down soon before my front wheels fall off.

Rear lowering springs

These work with KYB shocks nicely!

End links don't care about spring height.

The shocks do not support the car body, they just control the bouncing. Normal lowering doesn't affect the length.
