HUB/BEARING first. Think about it: an axle sticking out with ball bearings holding the wheel upright.

.10 degree is darn close.

Pulling the parking brake proves nothing.

That would be next on the list.

Thanks you guys for the help! I really appreciate your quick replies and willingness to help out this old guy newbie! Really never knew much about suspensions on any car but this little red wagon is teaching me. Oh well, great retirement project. Checking out the wheel bearings tomorrow and any bushings that I find. If they need replaced I've got my budget director's approval, love that lady! New rear hubs most likely going in tomorrow. Hopefully the axle bushings are OK. I've been calling them trailing arm bushings, like the rear drive component. On this it is all a sub axle assembly as I investigate more the bushings I was calling trailing arm bushings, as you guys probably already know, are called axle beam insulators. They must locate the axle in a fixed position somehow. I'm wondering if they are worn, could it add to a toe out condition along with bad hubs? Guess I'll see tomorrow when I get her up on jack stands.
Again, thank you all!

Wow, I'm pretty sure you guys just proved I'm not a car guy. You're speaking Japanese, and I didn't hear a word. Scott good luck finding the problem and getting it fixed before any major tire wear. Wish I could help, but, well, um, yeah.

Let's K.I.S. , just the hubs for now, the rear axle beam bushings aren't going to cause a toe in problem, maybe a toe in and the other side toe out , but let's stick to a plan. As suggested.
Are y'all changing the hubs? If you have ABS be careful of the wiring harness connections!

Yes, awesome diagrams, from those pictures you can see it's gonna take a hard lick into a curb or ditch to bend the rear axle!
