Rear shocks & Coil springs Replacement

How do I replace the rear shocks and coil springs on a 2008 HHR LT? Is there a video of some sort I can reference? Do I need to take it to a shop or can I do it myself?

Remove the 2 bolts holding each shock.
Take care with the brake lines, disconnect them if needed.
remove the shocks
Pry the trailing arm down and remove the springs.

You will probably need new jounce bumpers and isolators for the springs.

Yes, you must remove the bolts for the brake lines

Lower shock bolt removed

The bracket, one on each side!
