The trailing arm bushings are just rubber, they can wear out or dry rot.

FMG, yours is positive 0.14, his is negative. That's why yours is within spec, and his is out.

EDIT: zooming in, I can see the specs in smaller numbers. So there does seem to be a discrepancy.

Thanks Randy. That’s what I was trying to tell him.
That -0.14 which is out of spec for his printout, would have been within spec with the numbers from my specs.
He said he would seek a 2nd opinion so I guess we’ll just wait and see.

I still say the trailing arm bushings or wheel hubs. When I had bad rear bearing I could see the camber so, probably not that.
